In spring 2024, I had the opportunity to work on a transformative UX project during my internship at Immer.
As a UX/UI Design Intern, I optimized event coordination, booking, marketing, and ticketing for a seamless user experience, focusing on accessibility, fair pricing, and engagement.

Immer is an all-in-one event management platform that streamlines event coordination, venue booking, marketing, and ticket sales. Focused on accessibility, fair pricing, and engagement, it transforms how events are organized and experienced.
What I solved & learned
Redesigned the ticket purchase flow to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
Introduced an interactive, filter based search system to enhance the venue selection process.
Optimized mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless experience across devices.
Conducted usability testing, identified pain points, and implemented iterative improvements based on user feedback.
